Needville Fire Dept. has been working with the Pecan Bend Area to help equip and set up a Fire Station in the Pecan Bend area. The setting up of a station in the Pecan Bend area would be very beneficial for the Neeville Fire Dept. with responders and equipment to help with the nomally extended response times as the area is in the fartherest east area of our response area. The process is just beginning and several contacts and a meeting have been held to begin the organizational process of a station and support from the Pecan Bend area. The Needville Fire Dept. have given their support to the process at this time, we welcome the help and support from the area to try to establish this partnership.
